These are not only the most famous guitarists of all time, but also the best and most influential in the history of rock music, created by Rolling Stone in which there are guitarists of blues, jazz and rock.

The magazine noted that were chosen not only for his skills on guitar, but also was taken into account details such as their artistic in general skills, ability to play other instruments, their capacity as authors, innovations, and its influence on the world of the music.

Ritchie Blackmore

It is a guitarist of rock and heavy metal, born in England. He was the founder of Deep Purple, and Blackmore\\\'s Rainbow, is considered one of the best guitarists of all time and one of the most influential. He is the father (along with other guitarists) of what was called later as Hard Rock, neo-classical metal or power metal. 

Jimmy Page

One of the most famous guitarists, known to have been in the rock group Led Zeppelin. It is considered one of the most influential and versatile guitarists in history, he was also a session musician and guitarist of The Yardbirds and The Firm. I also work with bands like Queen, The Rolling Stones, The Who, The Kinks and Eric Clapton. 

Angus Young

It is known for being one of the founding members and lead guitarist of Australian group AC / DC. It is known for its energy and wild movements on stage, Rolling Stone located it in position 22 of the list of \\\"100 greatest guitarists of all time\\\". 

Eric Clapton

For many critics, Clapton has been one of the most influential and respected artists of all time. Jimi Hendrix

Jimi was a guitarist, singer and songwriter, is considered one of the greatest guitarists in rock history, besides being one of the greatest innovators and most influential artists in a lot of genres. 

Keith Richards

Keith, is part of the rock band The Rolling Stones, the longest partnership in the history of rock. He was chosen by Rolling Stone magazine ranked number 10 in the list of the 100 greatest guitarists of all time. 

George Harrison

He was a musician, guitarist and composer British member of the legendary band The Beatles. After the band split in 1970 he continued his musical career both solo and group within the Traveling Wilburys, hidden behind the pseudonyms of Nelson Wilbury and Spike Wilbury. In 2003, Rolling Stone put George Harrison at No. 21 on the list of the 100 greatest guitarists of all time. 

Johnny Ramone

Was the co-founder and sole guitarist of the band The Ramones, since its formation in 1974 until his final concert in 1996. Johnny, in 2003 was considered with the No. 16 on list of the 100 greatest guitarists of all time.
